About the Role

Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.

Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure.
Participate in IT projects, including software upgrades, system backups, and network security initiatives.
Document and track support requests using the company’s help desk system.
Assist in the management of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations and address any technical challenges.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT support.

Requirements

Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
