Program Overview:

This Graduate Trainee Program offers a comprehensive training and mentorship experience designed to develop versatile professionals ready for impactful roles in our business. Through departmental rotations, trainees gain an in-depth understanding of Dragnet’s operations and cross-functional roles.

Role Responsibilities:

Contribute to hands-on projects in areas like Testing, Verification, Marketing, Product Development, and Client Engagement.
Participate in structured training sessions, monthly assessments, and project presentations.
Build technical and soft skills through mentorship from department leaders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Lower (2:2).
Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Candidates must be under 27 years of age and ready to embark on early-career training.
