MTN’s Global Graduate Development Program For Africans 2024
MTN’s Global Graduate Development Program is designed to identify, develop, and accelerate the growth of top graduates across Africa and the Middle East.
This unique program offers an exciting opportunity to fast-track talented individuals into key roles at MTN.
The program combines formal learning with hands-on, on-the-job experience to provide a comprehensive development journey. Graduates will benefit from structured training in partnership with Duke Corporate Education and MTN Academy, as well as direct, practical development through full-time employment in strategically aligned roles.
The formal learning component takes place at MTN’s three regional learning centers across Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.
It features a blend of immersive experiences, digital learning, and connections to social media platforms to ensure a rich educational environment.
On-the-job development will occur locally within MTN’s operating companies, where graduates will gain role-specific experience, participate in job rotations, and interact with MTN’s executive committees. They will also receive mentorship and coaching to guide their professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Under 27 years old
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (with 65% academic requirement) by March 30, 2025. Applicants from 15 different disciplines are eligible.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 25 months of full-time work experience required.
