We believe everyone deserves a shot at shaping the business world, and we’re committed to giving talented students from all backgrounds that chance. Think you’ve got what it takes to be a consultant? Prove it! Join our team and let’s make a difference together

For Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students, GFL is a 10-week intense summer internship program.

Students from these groups will receive assistance and development throughout this program as they get ready to lead in consulting and the international business community.

A chosen group of sophomores (second-year students) can experience BCG’s work and culture firsthand at one of their US or Canadian offices through the Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program.
