Job Description 

You will serve as our customers’ main point of contact as a customer care representative, answering questions over the phone, email, and chat and offering excellent service. Your objectives will be to guarantee client happiness, establish credibility, and advance our brand by providing superior service.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
