Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote
Salary: ₦307K/Month
Job Description
- The overall objective of this consultancy is to ensure a seamless implementation of the SARMAAN II training roll.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs in collaboration with the content writer and implementation team.
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
- Preparing rough drafts of training material based on an agreed brief
- Work with the technical writer to finalize the graphic contents of the training manual and other materials.

Expected Output/deliverables:
- Participate in training to provide context on integrated tools and collate feedback from users of the materials.
- A working draft of a training manual with a proposed set of handouts and job aids to be further developed by an illustration designer
- Revise and refine the content of the training manuals after receiving feedback from the stakeholders
- Deliver the finalized Training Manual, training plan and treatment algorithm
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
