Job Summary
You will become a valuable member of our motivated, yet encouraging, analytics team as our Data Analyst/Documentation Intern.
We’re a bunch of data nerds who love what we do. We’re passionate about finding insights in data and using it to make smart decisions. As an intern, you’ll be working with experienced analysts who will teach you the ropes. We’ll give you all the tools and support you need to succeed. This is your chance to dive into the world of data and learn from the best.
Using your analytical abilities and meticulous nature, you will contribute to data analysis, report creation, and the creation of thorough documentation for our data procedures and conclusions.
Responsibilities
- Collect and clean data from various sources, and perform statistical analysis and data mining to support business decision-making.
- Create and update technical documentation for data processes, write clear and concise reports summarizing data findings.
- Develop user guides for internal data tools and dashboards, and collaborate with team members to document best practices and methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and assist with ad-hoc data requests from other departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Must be currently serving or done with the Nysc program
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
