Qualifications for the Fresh Graduates Account Program

• Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting from a reputable university
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage workload under pressure with flexibility, proactivity, and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciling all bank accounts
• Performing general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Processing invoices, expense forms, and payment requests
• Maintaining accounting records, filing systems, and digital records
• Handling general clerical tasks, including correspondence, filing, and photocopying
• Assisting in cash and cheque disbursements
• Generating invoices for business partners and following up on payments
• Verifying sales invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting various administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations
