The Global Citizenship Foundation’s Mentor-Intern Program offers high-potential young professionals a unique internship experience, blending hands-on professional growth with critical leadership development in a global setting.
This thoughtfully designed and immersive program emphasizes holistic development, empowering participants with practical skills and leadership insights.
Reflective practices, daily debriefs, and capacity-building sessions form the core of this program, fostering social responsibility and a sense of global citizenship among participants.
With a focus on mutual mentorship, participants are paired with experienced team members for a supportive, collaborative learning environment.
This relationship is built on reciprocal learning, allowing participants to gain meaningful insights into their fields and develop skills essential for their careers.

Program Tracks
- Mentor-Intern Spark Program
- Full-Time: 3 months, 30 hours/week
- Part-Time: 5 months, 20 hours/week
- Mentor-Intern Leap Program
- Full-Time: 6 months, 30 hours/week
- Part-Time: 9 months, 20 hours/week
Eligibility Requirements
The Global Citizenship Foundation values diversity, collaboration, and inclusivity in its work environment. Candidates passionate about personal and professional growth, social impact, and learning are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum age: 17 years
- Preference for current university students or recent graduates (experienced professionals are also welcome)
- Minimum B2 Level English proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference)
- Only one active application per candidate
