Google BOLD Internship Program 2025
The Building prospects for Leadership and Development (BOLD) Internship Program is a paid summer internship for undergraduate college students that are interested in working in non-technical career prospects at Google.
Depending on their program and particular circumstances, students in their penultimate year of a bachelor’s degree program may be eligible for this internship program.
The internship will run for 12 weeks straight, beginning in May or June of 2025.
For undergraduate college students interested in working at Google in non-technical job prospects, there is a paid summer internship program called Google BOLD.
Google welcomes applications from candidates from all backgrounds regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability status, or any other dimension of diversity.
BOLD interns are placed in teams across the business according to their backgrounds and interests.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the 2025 Google BOLD Internship Program, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program.

Preferred qualifications:
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and returning to a full-time Bachelor’s degree program after completion of the internship.
- Have the ability to complete a full-time, consecutive 12-week internship between May and August or June and September 2025 (exact program dates will be provided at a later point in the process).
- Show passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Demonstrate interest in the technology industry, taking on business problems, and Google’s business.
- Have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to communicate in English fluently so as to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication globally.
