Position Overview
Motivated and eager graduates are invited to apply for our Graduate Internship Program at Kenyon International.
The goal of this program is to give students real-world experience and a strong basis for future career advancement in a variety of oil and gas-related fields.
Those who are selected for the position will get the chance to collaborate with seasoned experts, learn about the business, and significantly impact ongoing projects.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures in line with company and industry standards.
- Participate in site inspections and audits to ensure operational compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, manuals, and documentation.
- Support project teams in the planning and execution of maintenance, repairs, and other operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and HSE departments to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Assist the operation department in carrying out equipment installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks on-site as per procedure.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Participate in workshop activities.
- Follow all company’s operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
- Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, and Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of safety management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
