Remote Administrative Manager
StellarOps Strategies is seeking a Remote Administrative Manager to ensure the efficient operation of all administrative functions within our automotive company. The successful candidate will manage office operations, provide executive support, and oversee financial and project management tasks. This role is key in maintaining an organized and productive work environment while supporting senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Supervise daily office operations, including administrative staff, supplies management, and coordination of services.
- System Implementation: Develop and enforce administrative systems, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Executive Support: Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Financial Administration: Support budgeting, financial management, and procurement processes, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Project Coordination: Oversee special projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data security regulations.
- Facility Management: Maintain a productive office environment and address facility issues as they arise.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, ensuring high-quality services at competitive rates.

Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with proven experience in managing office operations and administrative teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
- Leadership: Effective leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating and guiding administrative staff.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with financial management software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Automotive Knowledge (Preferred): While not essential, experience or interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
