A qualified animation/video editor is needed for Cinemagnetix to work remotely.

Creating top-notch animation and video content for a variety of projects, such as client assignments, social media campaigns, and training courses, will be your responsibility.

As the production manager, it is your responsibility to oversee the entire production process from inception to delivery, guaranteeing outstanding outcomes that meet client goals and brand standards.

Salary: NGN 150,000 – 200,000 (Extendable to 250,000 based on qualifications)

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy: Develop innovative and creative approaches for animation and video projects that support client goals and Cinemagnetix’s vision.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing team of animators, video editors, and designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee all stages of video production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Content Creation: Plan, edit, and produce video content such as animations, explainer videos, promotional videos, and social media materials.

  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide creative insights, and ensure the final product exceeds their expectations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high visual standards and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all content.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve to create compelling visual narratives.
  • Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in video production and animation to ensure Cinemagnetix remains competitive.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze the performance of video content and refine strategies to improve audience engagement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless visual content integration across all channels.
  • Training & Development: Provide team members with opportunities for skill development and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Remote Setup: Must have a functional workstation for remote work.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in animation and video editing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, or similar software. A strong portfolio is required.
  • Creative Vision: Exceptional ability to create captivating, innovative video content that aligns with client objectives.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in team management and mentorship.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring content is error-free and on-brand.

Preferred Qualifications:
