Roles and Responsibilities
- Make land sales to individual and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Meet sales targets and report progress to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-3 years in real estate sales or a related field.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends.
- Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
