Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at LS Scientific in Lagos.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Managers at LS Scientific are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and developing strategies to engage them.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.
- Sales Presentations: Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and pricing terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Sales Forecasting: Predicting future sales trends and developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring sales teams, providing guidance, and ensuring that they meet their performance objectives
Qualifications
- Sales Planning, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Experience in the scientific or healthcare industry is a plus
