Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at LS Scientific in Lagos.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Managers at LS Scientific are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and developing strategies to engage them.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.
  • Sales Presentations: Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and pricing terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Forecasting: Predicting future sales trends and developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Management: Leading and mentoring sales teams, providing guidance, and ensuring that they meet their performance objectives

Qualifications

  • Sales Planning, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Experience in the scientific or healthcare industry is a plus
