Students Recruitment Officer

Astra Prospects is a vibrant organization dedicated to assisting students in fulfilling their desire to pursue international education.

To lead our worldwide education programs and become a member of our team, we are presently looking for a Remote Students Recruitment Officer.

Location: Lagos (100% Remote)
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
Job Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market Astra Prospects’ study abroad programs to potential students.
• Generate and follow up on leads from interested candidates.
• Guide students through the entire admission process, from inquiry to final enrollment.
• Provide comprehensive information on study abroad opportunities, application procedures, and available financial aid.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their questions and concerns to facilitate successful enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and their progress in the enrollment process.
• Achieve or surpass monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, and converting leads into enrollments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with the study abroad process is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in education or related fields is advantageous.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with a competitive rate of ₦300,000 for every successful enrollment.
