Whether you’re working on a research project, pursuing further academic qualifications, developing publications, or drafting grant proposals, this program is designed to support your professional growth.

But it’s more than just about research—UMAPS aims to help you build lasting connections with international academic networks.

It’s also part of the University of Michigan’s broader mission to foster global research and teaching collaborations across diverse fields like engineering, literature, economics, and more.
