Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: N50,000 – N80,000 / month.

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
• As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual communications and materials that effectively represent our brand and convey our message to our target audience.
• You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create a wide range of visual materials, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and more.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual materials, such as logos, brochures, posters, and social media graphics, that align with our brand identity and messaging
• Conceptualize and create original design ideas that meet the needs of our marketing and creative teams
• Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet our brand standards
• Design and layout visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity and messaging, and apply this knowledge to all design projects
• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and art directors to develop and refine design concepts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and products
• Meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality designs on time
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all designs are error-free and meet our quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or Real Estate Agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• A portfolio that showcases a range of design projects and styles
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision
• Knowledge of web design and development principles
• Experience working with a variety of design formats, including print, digital, and social media
• Certification in graphic design or related field.
